Lauren’s love for dancing started at the age of 3. Whilst training she studied a number of genres including Classical Ballet, Jazz, Street dance, Tap, Contemporary and much more. At the Age of 11 I was accepted into The Urdang Academy Associates programme. At 14 she then went on to The British Ballet Organisation, Jazz scholarship programme. Finally finishing training at Northern Ballet school in Manchester.
Lauren graduated with a level 6 Diploma in Professional Dance from Trinity College London. In 2012 Lauren started her first professional dance contract with Poet Theatricals in Miami. Performing in shows on Cruise ships. In 2014 Lauren continued to work for Celebrity Cruises in House entertainment company.
Lauren has qualifications with the ISTD (DDE) and IDTA (AIDTA) and is a certified Acrobatic Arts instructor. Lauren has vast experience in teaching students of all ages and abilities. Directing and managing schools and shows in Cheshire and the North West.
Qualifications
ISTD Diploma in Dance Education (ISTD DDE), Imperial Classical Ballet. IDTA Associate, Ballet & Freestyle (AIDTA), Level 6 Diploma in Professional Dance, Acrobatic Arts Certified Teacher, Paediatric first aider and DBS checked. Safeguarding in School Training.

Miss Alice has been with LB Dance since 2017. One of our first ever students, she works incredibly hard with our students. Gaining her first teaching qualification in 2021 after studying for 2 years. Miss Alice teachers a range of classes in our timetable and keeps the school running smoothly.

Street Dance Associate IDTA, First Aid trained, DBS Checked, Acrobatic Arts certified instructor.
Emily Archer
Emily is a dedicated and passionate dance teacher with a degree in Dance and a BBO teaching qualification. With 15 years of teaching experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge, creativity, and expertise to every class.
Known for her kind and nurturing approach, Emily creates a supportive and encouraging environment where students can build confidence, develop their skills, and enjoy their dance journey. Her love for dance and commitment to helping others grow shines through in every lesson.

BA HONS in Dance and Performance, BBO Teaching qualification, First Aid Trained, DBS checked.
Ellie Parkinson
Ellie is a qualified dance teacher and performer with a passion for inspiring the next generation of dancers. Having trained at Preston Dance College, Ellie achieved a Level 4 Diploma Certificate in Professional Dance and Teaching, alongside Diploma in Dance Education qualifications in Tap, Modern, and Classical Ballet.
With performance experience both in the UK and abroad, Ellie has worked as a Dance Captain, Dancer and Singer for leading entertainment companies including Parkdean Resorts, Away Resorts, and Kanika Hotels in Cyprus. Whilst also being trained across a wide range of dance styles. She holds ISTD Advanced 2 qualifications in Tap, Ballet, and Modern.
Whether teaching beginners taking their first dance steps or experienced dancers looking to refine their skills, Ellie brings enthusiasm, creativity, and professionalism to every class.
